This is the part where I provide structure and guidelines on the practicalities of writing your story. The second part is more about encouraging the \u2018ego\u2019 and the conscious, cognitive processing brain to step down a gear \u2013 allowing access to the subconscious and beyond.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Part One:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First thing\u2019s First: Knowing the story you\u2019re going to write\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>What\u2019s your narrative?<\/li>\n<li>Finding your voice<\/li>\n<li>Publishing Industry Considerations<\/li>\n<li>Professional Writer\u2019s Recommendation<\/li>\n<li>A brief overview on how to get started \u2013 and keep going<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Part Two:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Guidance on how to tap into all the resources you have around you \u2013 and within you. This may include:\n<ul>\n<li>your senses<\/li>\n<li>your higher self<\/li>\n<li>your guides<\/li>\n<li>Akashic records (brief explanation)<\/li>\n<li>and of course ultimately your experiences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Exercises:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Disengage the thinking brain<\/li>\n<li>Guided meditations.
